This hybrid role offers exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable , giving you the opportunity to grow your accounting skills on both sides of the balance sheet. 📊 💼 What You’ll Do:

• 🧾 Process and verify vendor invoices, credits, and payments with precision 💰 Apply and maintain customer payments, credits, and deposits 📞 Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment inquiries 💻 Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly reporting 📄 Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and documentation in Excel 🤝 Collaborate with the Finance team on cross-functional projects and continuous improvements 🚀 Support both A/P and A/R operations to ensure smooth financial flow across departments ✨ What You Bring to the Table: 📚 1+ year of experience in A/P, A/R, Billing, or Administrative work 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook 🔎 Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable — you take pride in accuracy! 🗓️ Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities 💬 Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset 💪 Eager to learn, grow, and cross-train within our Finance Department 🎁 Perks & Benefits: ⏰ Ideal Work Hours – Monday to Friday only!

Salary Range:

• $18-$22/hr The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications.
