Air Quality Consultant

Overview

Air Quality Consultant - Bristol. Penguin Recruitment is working with a leading environmental consultancy seeking an experienced Air Quality Consultant to join their Bristol team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to projects that shape healthier, more sustainable environments across infrastructure, transport, urban development, and industry, with hybrid working and strong support from colleagues locally in Bristol and across the UK network.

Responsibilities

• Undertake air quality assessments for planning and permitting, including dispersion modelling (ADMS, AERMOD).
• Produce detailed technical reports for Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and planning applications.
• Conduct air quality monitoring, data collection, and analysis.
• Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Support project management, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
• Keep up to date with UK air quality policy, legislation, and best practice guidance.
