In this role, you’ll be entrusted with the core responsibilities of a Registered Respiratory Therapist :

• evaluating patients’ respiratory status, initiating and monitoring therapies such as nebulization, bronchodilators, suctioning, and aerosolized medications; managing ventilator support, weaning protocols, and CPAP / BiPAP therapy where appropriate; performing arterial blood gas collection and interpretation to guide treatment decisions; titrating oxygen delivery to target saturations; educating patients and families about treatment plans and home care considerations; and collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and respiratory care teams to optimize outcomes.
• You’ll champion evidence-based practice, participate in rounds, document interventions with precision, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
