Key Responsibilities

Own the go-to-market and sales strategy for behavioral health counseling offerings

Build, qualify, and manage a robust sales pipeline, driving outreach and solution alignment

Navigate contracting and grant programs to identify and secure opportunities

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required

Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or business development for services-based solutions

At least 2 years experience selling mental / behavioral health or related healthcare services

Demonstrated experience with public-sector sales motions, including federal, state, and local contracting

Proven track record of pipeline management and documented wins
