Senior Accountant

Hamamatsu is one of the world’s largest suppliers of advanced light detectors and detector systems for industrial, scientific, and commercial applications.

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Accountant to maintain the integrity of our general ledger and financial systems.

The primary purpose of this role is to prepare, analyze, and verify accounts and accounting reports, furnishing valuable, up-to-date information to management.

Location This is a hybrid position, based out of our Bridgewater, NJ office.

Key Responsibilities This role requires a dedicated professional to manage critical financial and compliance functions, including but not limited to :

• Financial & Compliance Liaison : Serve as the primary liaison for financial, SOX compliance, and tax audits.
• This includes preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements and supporting schedules.
