House Supervisor

divh2Job Title/h2pManages the planning, administering, and evaluating of the operations and care delivery of the nursing unit/department. Oversees professional practice, clinical outcomes, human resources management, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and refinement in response to needs and trends/ppThis position will require successful completion of a Level II Background Screening/ppEducation:/ppBachelors degree required. Masters degree preferred. Graduate from an accredited nursing program/school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, BSN or MSN)./ppExperience:/ppFive years of related acute hospital experience including management. Behavioral Health nursing/leadership experience./ppCredentials:/ppLicensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required.
