Admissions / Marketing Director

Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square is  seeking a n experienced Admissions / Marketing Director to join our team!

M ust have some experience with behavioral marketing and in long term care.

Key responsibilities :

• Conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
• Coordinate and process admissions documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
• Facilitate a smooth transition for new residents by collaborating with nursing, social services, and other relevant departments.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the facility's services, including digital marketing, print advertising, community events, and social media campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Attend networking events, health fairs, and other community activities to promote the facility and its services.
• Create marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations, in collaboration with the marketing team or external agencies
