Group located in OR is looking for several Primary Care providers to join them.

Must be BE / BC and will consider Family Practice or Internal Medicine physicians

Flexible schedule; Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients / 2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days, Monday thru Friday

Four year service commitment specifically tied to the sign on bonus and relocation.

72 patient per week via clinical encounters

Dax AI, Epic EMR

Serve a 9 county service area (625,000)

International airport in Medford

Year 1 Base salary of $285,900

Year 2 & beyond Annual performance incentives and production based.

$45 / wRVU in excess of 5,600 Annual Productive Bonus

Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment

$60,000 signing bonus
