As our Senior Counselor , you'll carry a small, specialized caseload, providing individualized support through weekly counseling sessions, crisis intervention, and referrals to appropriate levels of care. You will also play a vital leadership role by facilitating support groups, mentoring staff, coordinating care with outside treatment providers, and ensuring compliance with OASAS and DOHMH standards. Additionally, youll be responsible for health coordination tasks such as HIV, Hepatitis, and STD education, COVID-19 risk reduction, and reporting through the Health Commerce System.

Requirements : Qualifications

• Associates Degree in human services or equivalent
• Must have CASAC
• Must be qualified health professional ( QHP) with verifiable number
• At least 3 years experience as CASAC
• must have valid New York State Drivers License
• Ability to work with diverse population.

Compensation details : 44000-50000 Yearly Salary
