Senior HR Benefits Operations Specialist

The Senior HR Benefits Operations Specialist manages the daily administration and implementation of employee benefits programs. This role ensures accurate, efficient, and compliant benefits delivery, oversees system management, vendor coordination, process improvements, and resolves complex issues. May also provide guidance to junior team members.

This position is based out of our Frisco, TX headquarters and operates on a hybrid schedule of three days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday) and two days remote (Monday and Friday).

Key Responsibilities :

• Benefits Program Management & Administration

Lead the daily operational activities of all health and welfare (medical, dental, vision, life, disability).

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the HRIS benefits module (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow & ADP) and benefits administration systems.

Lead operational relationships with external benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants.

Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to benefits processes, systems, and communications to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
