Senior Recruiting Agent

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiting Agent (Contract).

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct structured video interview screenings with candidates

Evaluate candidate responses and make pass / fail hiring decisions based on established criteria

Communicate promptly with candidates regarding next steps and coordinate onboarding details

Required Qualifications :

Ability to work 20-40 hours / week during 8 AM - 7 PM EST

Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection

Previous recruiting, staffing, call center, or customer service experience

Experience managing high-volume candidate pipelines

Professionalism and respect when engaging with candidates
