Product Manager

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to join Treasury Management division, focusing on our Commercial Liquidity and Escrow solutions. This role will organize and manage the TM Commercial Liquidity / Escrow products and services. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, enhance client experience, and accelerate product adoption while working within a dynamic team of product managers and developers.

The product manager will be responsible for :

  • Aligning solutions to meet client needs
  • Assessing marketplace competitiveness
  • Pricing and profitability
  • Growth and trend metrics
  • Legalities, compliance and risk mitigation
  • Product information and collateral for client facing and internal usage
  • Training on product capabilities, features / benefits and lead identification
  • Leading product development lifecycles to enhance or implement new solutions

Essential duties and responsibilities include :

  • Developing a strategic vision for products and creating a roadmap
  • Being an evangelist and advocate for products across the business
  • Demonstrated sense of prioritization and execution against critical deliverables
  • Managing each launch through the entire product development lifecycle
  • Documenting managed products' key client value proposition and competitive position
  • Creating optimum revenue and profitability of managed products
  • Developing and managing product marketing collateral and materials
  • Documenting and reporting on managed products' trends in growth and revenue
  • Creating annual product statement and rating of product in product life cycle
  • Informing and training relationship teams regarding product capabilities, features / benefits, client usage and industry specialization
  • Serving as a technical Treasury Management sales resource
  • Preparing product development objectives and schedules for all phases of product development
  • Monitoring how clients utilize the managed product in various real-world installations

    • Supervisory responsibilities include :

  • Engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Acting as a liaison between stakeholders
  • Influencing and inspiring internal teams
  • Coordinating with external vendors and partners

    • Qualifications include :

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in developing and managing commercial deposit products and services
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
  • Ability to work autonomously with a balanced team approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to write clear, concise internal product specifications, external communications and training materials
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office products

    • Computer and office equipment skills include :

  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA
  • Proficiency in software like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Oracle, or similar
