As a Customer Service Representative at Lowe’s, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Assist customers with locating products and providing recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
- Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
