This position is ideal for a flexible, proactive RN who enjoys variety and thrives in a leadership-support role.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
• Provide direct patient care and monitor conditions during swing shift hours\n
• Support day and night shift teams with clinical coverage and coordination\n
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions between shifts\n
• Communicate patient updates to physicians and interdisciplinary teams\n
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs during the shift\n
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with care protocols\n
• Respond to urgent needs and help maintain a safe, calm environment\n\nQualifications : \n
• Active RN license in Iowa (or compact state)\n
• Prior nursing experience preferred\n
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills\n
• Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple teams\n
