Descripción del trabajoGraduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program (required). Active NYS LPN license (required). Principles of infection control Principles of performance improvement Principles of delegation Outpatient experience strongly preferred. Skilled in venipuncture, EKGs, and injections Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes to the supervising RN / Physician. Administer medications and injections as directed. Perform venipuncture, EKGs, and other clinical procedures. Provide patient education on treatments, medications, and follow-up care. Support physicians during exams and procedures. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records. Follow principles of infection control, delegation, and performance improvement. Contribute to a safe, patient-centered outpatient environment.
