Title : Sterile Processing Technician

Location : 2845 Greenbrier Rd, Green Bay, WI 54311

Shift : 8-Hour Day Shift (9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM, 40 hrs / week)

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Facility Type : Level II Trauma Center | Level III NICU & Maternity | Primary Stroke Center

About the Role :

Seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to join our team in Green Bay, WI. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of sterilization, instrument tracking, and infection control. This role offers a crisis rate for skilled technicians ready to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities :

• Perform decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Operate steam sterilizers, V-Pro units, and Medivators independently.
• Utilize Steris SPM instrument tracking system (required).
• Maintain accurate sterilization and quality control documentation.
• Support a wide variety of service lines including orthopedics, neuro, ENT, GYN, robotics, and cardiothoracic.
• Float between two sterile processing sites (Main & East) within the same building.

Requirements :

Certification : CRCST or CBSPD (Required)

Experience : Minimum 1.5 years Sterile Processing experience (travel experience preferred)

Software : Must have experience with Steris SPM tracking system
