Maintain timely and accurate patient records and reports.

Supervise Assistant and Aide staff as guided by governing board.

Design and fabricate splints as specified by doctors' prescriptions.

Design and administer treatment programs to increase patients' levels of functioning.

Use therapeutic exercises and activities to improve or maintain strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination.
