Join one of the most advanced cardiovascular programs in the nation as our Interventional Cardiology Manager. This is a rare opportunity to lead operations in one of the highest-volume Cath lab in New Jersey, featuring cutting-edge procedures, a robust regional cardiogenic shock program, one of the largest structural heart programs in the country, and the largest electrophysiology (EP) program in the state. We are expanding to include 7 cardiac Cath labs and 6 EP labs to meet growing demand and continue delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Direct and oversee daily operations of the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs, ensuring optimal workflow and patient throughput.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and institutional healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of Cath and EP lab personnel.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
- Develop and manage the labs operating and capital budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives, including clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, benchmarking, and adoption of best practices in cardiovascular and electrophysiology care.
- Serve as a key liaison with hospital leadership, contributing to strategic planning and service line growth.
- Champion innovation in cardiovascular care, supporting the development and execution of advanced procedures and technologies.
- Support and expand the regional cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs through clinical leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Oversee the expansion and integration of new procedure rooms to accommodate growing patient volumes and service offerings.
Qualifications :
