Job Summary :

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Rehabilitation Unit team. The RN will provide patient-centered care to individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities :

Deliver compassionate nursing care to rehab patients.

Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate with the rehabilitation team, including therapists and physicians, to support patient recovery goals.

Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team.

Educate patients and families on recovery and self-care techniques.

Qualifications :

Active RN license (NY).

1–2 years of rehab or med-surg experience preferred.

Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).

Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.

Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
