As a Screener in a dynamic tech and media environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible, and assisting with access control and badge verification to support a secure atmosphere. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.

Screen individuals entering the location by verifying identification, credentials, and / or authorization as required by site policies.

Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity following established protocols.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as appropriate.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all screening activities, incidents, and interactions as required by Allied Universal and client site protocols.

Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and / or contractors to provide guidance on site procedures and policies.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment in a technology, media, or telecommunications setting.

Minimum Requirements

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

CPR and / or first aid certification is preferred.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
