Caregiver Position at Freedom Village at Brandywine

Hiring multiple positions on all shifts - Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem.

Pay rate starting at $16 / hour with shift differential for nights, evenings and weekends.

We are currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus!

We are seeking Caregivers for our Personal Care Home. We require all caregivers to complete the Direct Care Competency training and provide a copy of their certificate at time of hire. If you are not certified, we will provide you the opportunity to take and complete the course.

Proven experience as a caregiver

Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)

High school diploma or equivalent

Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.

Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
