Used Car Sales Representative – Norris Honda

Dundalk, MD | All Roads

Compensation

100% Commission – 30% front end / 10% back end
Average earning potential : $75,000+ annually
Full-time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles

Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits (valid driver's license required)

Provide clear quotes and assist customers through the financing process

Follow up with leads and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business

Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage follow-ups

Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and review key features, warranty coverage, and final documents with customers

Maintain product knowledge and stay current on used inventory

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Previous experience in automotive, retail, or customer-facing sales preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

Full-time; schedule varies within business hours

Monday–Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 PM

Saturday : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
