Supporting the Director of Events, the full-time remote Events Manager will collaborate on the flagship annual conference and regional activations, focusing on strategic alignment, vendor coordination, and attendee experience management. Key Responsibilities: Support event initiatives by aligning them with business goals and managing attendee touchpoints throughout the event lifecycle Collaborate with sales teams to execute sponsorship agreements and ensure fulfillment of contractual deliverables Coordinate with external vendors and manage logistics for event setup, including technology and content requirements Required Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of corporate event management experience, preferably in B2B or tech environments Experience managing flagship user conferences and direct oversight of hotels and conference centers Hands-on expertise with event technology platforms like Cvent or Bizzabo Strong contract literacy and experience with budget tracking for events Practical knowledge of the full event lifecycle, including strategy support and content coordination
