Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Somerset, KY. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining accurate medical records. Additional tasks include collaborating with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans, educating patients and their families about health conditions and treatments, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The Registered Nurse will also participate in health promotion and disease prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• Clinical skills for patient care, including administering medications and monitoring patient conditions
• Experience in developing patient care plans and collaborating with healthcare team members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for educating patients and their families
• Attention to detail for maintaining accurate medical records
• Ability to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Health promotion and disease prevention knowledge
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• 6 months of relevant experience as RN
