Our client, a leading retail organization specializing in innovative consumer products, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Team Lead / Keyholder Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Team Lead / Keyholder Associate, you will be part of the Retail Operations department supporting the store team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
What's the Job?
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs and preferences.
- Provide knowledgeable and personalized product recommendations.
- Assist customers with product selections and explain features and benefits.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
What's Needed?
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Previous experience in sales, especially in appliance, jewelry, or technical sales, is advantageous.Effective communication skills with customers and team members.Multilingual abilities are a plus.Proficiency in conducting product demos and handling transactions securely.What's in it for me?
