Descripción del trabajoClinical Assessment, Medication Administration, and Treatment Planning skills Minimum two years of hospital, home health, or hospice care experience Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work Not specified Must have a vehicle for this assignment May float to other units based on skill set May be required to float to other facilities No on-call requirement Weekends required (every other, sometimes more) Expected ratios : 1 : 1 or 1 : 2 Block schedules not required
Job Summary :
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary team collaboration. This position requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as a minimum of two years of experience.
