ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2019 and is home to a small but mighty team of two full-time and one part-time team members. We offer PTO, health, vision, dental, a Simple IRA, and both individual and team bonuses to reward great work.


What really makes our agency special is the culture we’ve built. We work as one team to provide the best solutions for our customers, and we all share the same goal—to win together. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Mayra Quaas Ins., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Sales experience 1-3 years preferred
