Director of Program Development

A company is looking for a Director of Program Development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop new and expanded Network offerings in collaboration with educators and partners

Manage recruitment and engagement of network working groups to ensure diverse perspectives and collaboration

Develop and maintain program implementation plans aligned with organizational goals and educator impact

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in professional learning, instructional leadership, or related fields within K-12 education or edtech

At least two years of experience facilitating collaborative design cycles using human-centered design thinking

Bachelor's degree in education, design, psychology, communications, or equivalent work experience
