Senior Analytics Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Analytics to lead analytics initiatives and manage a team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of analysts, focusing on hiring, coaching, and prioritization

Act as the product manager for analytics, managing requests and delivering dashboards / tools

Ensure data quality and consistency while building self-serve analytics for cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in analytics / BI with at least 2 years in a management role

Expertise in SQL and strong experience with modeling and BI tools

Familiarity with GTM metrics across Sales, Success, and Marketing

Experience with product management for internal tools and data governance

Proficiency in Python for analysis and automation
