Descripción del trabajoSie tragen aktiv zum Betrieb und zur Weiterentwicklung des Compliance-Management-Systems der IKK classic bei, indem Sie eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben im Risiko-Management übernehmen und Sachverhalte der Non-Compliance aufklären. Sie bereiten regelmäßig stattfindende Risiko-Assessments vor, begleiten deren Durchführung und sorgen für eine nachhaltige Nachverfolgung. Sie identifizieren, analysieren, bewerten und dokumentieren Compliance-Risiken und berichten diese an die Fachbereichsleitung.Sie bewerten Maßnahmen zur Minimierung von Compliance-Risiken, schlagen Optimierungen vor und begleiten sowie dokumentieren deren Implementierung. Sie führen eigenständig Ermittlungen, Fallbearbeitungen und Dokumentationen zu Vorgängen der Non-Compliance sowie zu Compliance-relevanten Beratungen durch. Sie übernehmen eigenständig Überwachungs-, Schulungs- und Prüfungstätigkeiten oder unterstützen die Fachbereichsleitung in diesem Aufgabenbereich. - Sie haben zwei abgeschlossene juristische Staatsexamen, wobei Ihr erstes Examen mindestens mit der Note „befriedigend“ bewertet wurde. Alternativ verfügen Sie über ein wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium im Wirtschaftsrecht (Diplom oder Master) mit der Note „gut“ oder besser.
- Sie bringen Zusatzqualifikationen im Compliance Management mit oder sind bereit, sich entsprechend weiterzubilden.
- Sie verfügen über einschlägige Berufserfahrung, insbesondere in der Betreuung eines Compliance-Management-Systems, und legen Wert auf kontinuierliche Weiterbildung in diesem Bereich.
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungsrecht, Strafrecht, Strafprozessrecht, Ordnungswidrigkeitenrecht und Hinweisgeberschutzrecht sowie über die Anforderungen der ISO 37301 und des PS IDW 980.
- Sie haben umfassendes Wissen über die Gesundheitspolitik und die Strukturen der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung.
- Sie sind bereit und in der Lage, sich in die Compliance-Management- und Fallbearbeitungs-Software sowie die Standardsoftware des Unternehmens einzuarbeiten.
