What You’ll Do

As our receptionist / staffing specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for applicants, employees, and clients. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service. Responsibilities include :

• Answering multi-line phones and greeting visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
• Data entry and record-keeping in our staffing software system
• Oversee payroll at the branch level
• Supporting candidate onboarding, including setting candidates up on the computers, answering questions and assisting with onboarding paperwork
• Working with a high volume of candidates across both blue-collar and white-collar industries
• Juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
