MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and its local clients are NOW HIRING for Production Associate in the Lebanon , IN , area!

Position : Production Associate

Pay : $17.00

Shift : 1st shift Monday – Friday, 6 : 30AM-2 : 30PM

Location : Lebanon Indiana

Job summary :

Production line operators ensure that all finished products conform to the highest quality standard, are packaged per the manufacturing specification, and are packaged or palletized in the proper manner in an industrial bakery production environment.

Duties :

  • You demonstrated behaviors to support company safety procedures with focus on zero injuries.
  • You support quality work processes
  • You follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
  • You maintain mastery on all skills that the associate has been certified on through ongoing skills audits and rotation.
  • You startup, operate, maintain, sanitize and monitor equipment and machinery for production processing of fillings, dough and shut down procedures.
  • You receive additional training to perform responsibilities.
  • You perform responsibilities with and maintain schedules, quality, and work place safety.
  • You perform other tasks that the Team Leader or Line Lead might require.
  • You work overtime to achieve production and maintenance schedules.
  • you report to the line team lead

Preferred Requirements :

  • Working in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment
  • High school or equivalent
  • Working in a food processing or packaging environment
  • working in an automated machinery environment
  • work in a USDA, FDA, OSHA, or GMP compliant environment

    • Work Environment :

  • Industrial bakery with temperature-controlled work area. Must follow Good Manufacturing specific dress code with no jewelries, no nail polish, no artificial nails, must wear long pants with no holes or rips and use of lab coats.

    • PPE Requirements :

  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment's such as safety glasses, safety shoes.
