A company is looking for a Vice President - SMB Sales to lead and inspire a sales team focused on improving cardiovascular health.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive deals with SMB clients to exceed sales targets and contribute to the mission of improving lives

Mentor and develop a team of sales professionals, empowering them to reach their full potential

Articulate the company's value proposition and build a robust sales pipeline through strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications :

10+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, benefits, or SaaS sectors

Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue quotas

Experience in high-growth environments with a focus on adaptability and proactive leadership

Ability to navigate complex deals and cultivate relationships with employee benefits consultants and brokers

Proficiency in relevant industry tools such as Slack, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Gong
