• Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS, PALS
• NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENTALL CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMISSIONFIT TESTING / FACIAL HAIR- Please note, if a clinician for this facility has facial hair, they will be required to pass the either the Primary or Secondary fit test (3M Aura 1860 sm or reg / 3M 1870+). If unable to pass - A Portacount test would be required, which CANNOT be completed on clinicians with facial hair & PAPR CANNOT be completed on site solely due to failing because of facial hair - contract would be canceled if facial hair cannot be removed.- # of Suites : 6 ORs, 1 GI suite- Common Cases : Adult, Peds, Geriatrics, Obstetric. ORTHO - Total Joints, ORIF, Arthroscopy OB / GYN - Cesarean Section, LAVH, D&C, Diagnostic Lap GENERAL - Lap Appy, Lap Chole, Ex Lap, Endoscopy. C-arm, Mako- Average Case / Day : 6-10, can be up to 20 at times- Are RNs required to scrub? : No- Experience or 'Must have' skills : Must have experience in Ortho, GYN, and general, 2yrs experience, previous travel to OR unit REQUIRED- Is there a manager / Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment? : No- OR techs? : Yes- EMR : Meditech- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) : 9 hour shifts M-Th - 0700-1630, 0600-1530 / / Team / self scheduling- Weeknight / Call Requirements : 1-2 call shifts per week based on need (End of shift until 0700 next day)- Weekend / Call Requirements : 1 weekend per month (0700 Friday to 0700 Monday)- Holiday / Call Requirements : On call- Call Response time : 15 minutes- Floating Requirements : Occasionally help other departments, no patient loads, just help with call lights, 1 on 1s, etc- Scrub Color / Dress Code : Provided- How many shifts of unit / department specific orientation? : 1 weekRadius Rule : 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and / or Dignity.RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.Updated : 3 / 25 / 24 Cancellation can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting BSN License to Trauma Care Shift + 1 weekend / mo + 1-2 call shifts / week Required , BLS, PALS Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Contract Weeks : 91
