Venture Tech Solutions is seeking a WordPress Developer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about working on cutting-edge data solutions. You’ll play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing data warehouses and reporting systems that drive business intelligence for critical decision-making.

This is a paid opportunity, and the office is located in Plantation, FL .

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using themes, plugins, and custom code.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to implement new features and improve UX / UI.
• Optimize site performance, SEO, and responsiveness across all devices.
• Manage and implement Git-based workflows (, Bitbucket, GitHub pipelines) for code deployment and version control
• Manage, update, and deploy shared UI components and applications (, custom calculators) built with React and styled with Tailwind CSS, ensuring consistency and performance across all embedded WordPress properties.
• Manage WordPress internalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) efforts for themes and plugins. (Poedit)
• Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager, including :
• Setting up and troubleshooting GTM containers and triggers.
• Integrating pixels for Facebook / Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Custom event tracking (, form submissions, eCommerce events, scroll tracking).
• Ensure accurate data collection and support marketing attribution models.
• Conduct website testing, debugging, and QA for all releases and deployments.
• Stay up to date with WordPress and tracking / analytics best practices.
