A company is looking for a Senior Client Advisor to develop trusted relationships with Premium, Private, and Enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard members through live, video-based one-on-one sessions
Educate customers on security and assist them in understanding bitcoin and self-custody
Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes
Required Qualifications
4+ years of client-facing experience in financial services or technology
Deep knowledge of bitcoin technology and a passion for learning
Experience in a proactive client service environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with Google Suite and CRM systems like Hubspot or Salesforce
