Descripción del trabajoManage capital equipment projects from order entry through customer installation Develop project schedules, budgets, and tracking reports Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Service teams on deliverables Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and oversee shipment logistics Manage invoicing, scope changes, and project documentation Host project kickoff, progress, and closeout meetings with customers and internal teams Support installation and training coordination with the Service Department Maintain communication logs, financials, and change management in ERP / SAP system Industry-leading automation and packaging equipment manufacturer serving global markets Offers a collaborative, team-oriented culture with opportunities for professional growth Provides a strong work-life balance, including unique employee perks and summer hours Focused on innovation, customer success, and continuous improvement across departments 2–4 year degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field 5+ years of project management experience within capital equipment or automation environments nee Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or similar ERP experience preferred Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and interfacing with customers Valid driver's license and passport; able to travel internationally up to 20% $95,000–$135,000 / year base salary Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) with match, PTO, and profit sharing On-site role located in Greater Worcester area Stable, well-established organization with a collaborative and supportive environment
