Position Overview Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Low Voltage Team.
The Project Coordinator should understand low-voltage systems (CCTV, access control, networking, etc.), scheduling, material procurement, and jobsite coordination.

- Lakewood, NJ Schedule : Onsite Employment Type : Full-Time Salary Range : $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD / Annually Benefits : Health Insurance, Vision & Dental Insurance, Performance Incentives, 401(k) Key Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules with management, field staff, and customers.
- Manage procurement from order through delivery.
- Provide in office support to project managers as needed.
- Track job progress, cost, and materials.
- Ensure supplies, delivery, and plans are prepped in advance to ensure a smooth operation for all projects.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, field staff, vendors, and project managers.
- Qualifications Low-voltage experience is required (must understand devices, wiring, hardware, and field workflow).
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Great communication and ownership mindset.
- Experience with scheduling, procurement, or project coordination.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
