Medical Office Staff

This candidate must have at least two years experience in back office, internal medicine preferred.

Job duties include phlebotomy, vital signs, prescriptions, EKG, PFT screening. Work within EHR daily, patient triage, messaging, appointment set up and patient intake. This individual will need knowledge in setting up mammograms, sonograms, MRI & CT as well as referrals/precertification. ICD10/CPT knowledge and linking. Knowledge of insurance quality metrics is a plus. I am looking for a punctual, dependable, self starter who is friendly and enthusiastic. This person must be dedicated to patient care.

The clinic hours are 8:00am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday. 12:00-1:30 lunch. On Friday the hours are 8:00am to 3:00 pm. 12:00 to 1:30 lunch, no weekends. This is also with the understanding we stay until the last patient leaves for both lunch and end of day.

Pay scale is depending on experience.
