  • Follow all steps in manufacturing documentation without deviating from written instructions.
  • Work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials, following all applicable safety procedures and controls.
  • Comply with company safety regulations, ISO guidelines, GMP requirements, and all applicable SOPs.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, machines, glassware, and equipment as needed or as directed to maintain proper operating conditions and cleanliness.
  • Maintain equipment and laboratory rooms to ensure they remain in good working order and meet cleanliness requirements.
  • Complete and maintain quality records in compliance with regulatory requirements, GMPs, and standard operating procedures.
  • Use sound judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions in recurring work situations.
  • Review and analyze situations or data involving identifiable factors to resolve routine production issues.

  • Experience with assembly, packaging, and general manufacturing or production work.
  • Ability to operate and monitor production, processing, and packaging equipment such as balances, labelers, band sealers, pumps, and filtration systems.
  • Capability to calibrate and operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail in weighing, measuring, and checking raw materials to ensure correct materials and quantities.
  • Ability to perform in-process sampling and testing to verify that batches meet specifications.
  • Proficiency in reading, understanding, and following production paperwork and manufacturing instructions without deviation.
  • Ability to accurately complete documentation, including product and label reconciliation, labor sheets, product fill checks, and torque checks.
  • Comfort working safely with chemicals and hazardous materials in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Commitment to comply with company safety regulations, ISO guidelines, GMPs, and all applicable SOPs.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness of equipment, work areas, and laboratory rooms to required standards.
  • Effective communication skills to interface with coworkers and other workgroups to complete daily production.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment within defined procedures and practices when performing routine work.

  • Experience operating computer interfaces to assist with weighing, measuring, and batch verification.
  • Understanding of ISO guidelines and good manufacturing practices.
  • Ability to adapt to recurring work situations with occasional variations and moderate complexity.
  • Comfort working independently with general instructions on routine work and more detailed instructions on new assignments.
