United Talent Staffing is hiring an experienced Front Desk / Dispatcher in Dunbar WV!

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assigning routes, monitoring driver progress, and managing schedules for personnel or equipment.
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers and field staff, answering phones, and relaying information in real-time via phone, email, or other tools.
  • Using company tracking systems to monitor vehicle locations and ensure deliveries or services are completed on time.
  • Handling data entry, maintaining logs and records, processing invoices or orders, and assisting with billing and paperwork.
  • Responding to and resolving logistical issues, driver concerns, and customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Ensuring adherence to company safety policies and relevant industry regulations, such as DOT guidelines.
  • Compiling and distributing necessary reports related to operations, deliveries, or driver performance. .
  • Pay and Shift :

Monday – Friday 8am -5pm Pay is based on experience $17 – 20 per hour.

Requirements :

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, data, and resources simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication for effective interaction with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with dispatching software, fleet management systems, and standard office applications like Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to think critically and resolve issues that arise in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to provide professional and courteous service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in logistics, dispatch operations, or an administrative role is often required.
