marketing we serve.Reports to : Sales & Finance Manager

Primary job responsibilities :

  • ? Learn our sales processes from our resources such as our Sales and F&I Handbook, phone scripts, and software

training.

  • ? Learn our products and services including trailers, truckbeds, parts, accessories, maintenance, repairs, finance
  • and insurance products.

  • ? Contact Potential and existing customers through various channels like phone calls, email and text messages to
  • generate leads and turn them into customers.

  • ? Enter customer information into a database and perform assigned followup tasks.
  • ? Follow sales scripts and message templates, engage potential customers, learn about the prospects needs and
  • schedule appointments.

  • ? Work with your team and other departments to ensure proper customer service is delivered
  • Requirements :

    Skills / Qualifications need to apply :

  • ? General computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing documents, e-mail.
  • ? Ability to complete data entry and retrieval in our cloud drive, CRM & DMS systems.
  • ? General math skills including add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions and percentages.
  • ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ? Strong organizational skills
  • ? Highly Self Motivated to achieve sales goals
  • ? Be able to work in the office or out on the lot to take pictures, verify inventory is in stock.
  • Measureables : Activity, Appointments scheduled, appointments confirmed, appointment shows.

    Store Hours : Monday - Friday : 9 : 00-5 : 30, Saturday : 9 : 00-2 : 00

    Work Hours : Work hours vary from store hours. Training and meetings throughout the week start at 8 : 00 am. Work

    schedules are adjusted to meet customer demand and other team members' schedules.
