As a Workplace Coordinator at Snorkel AI, you'll be a key driver of our people-first workplace magic! You'll own the day-to-day rhythm of our office while helping create experiences that make coming in feel energizing, connected, and genuinely enjoyable. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to keep everything running smoothly from facilities and logistics to events and programs that bring people together and help them do their best work. Sitting at the intersection of operations, culture, and employee experience, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping what a great in-office and hybrid workplace looks like at Snorkel.

Office Vibes & Operations

• Keep the office running smoothly and looking greatclean, organized, and always stocked with the essentials.
• Partner with facilities and vendors to tackle office needs big and small (furniture, equipment, fixes, and upgrades).
• Set the stage for success by coordinating office setups for new hires, meetings, and special moments.
• Ensure our Snorkelers are well fueled by championing our in office food and beverage program.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about creating an exceptional workplace experience. Pay Range : $115,000-$145,000.

Salary Range : $115,000 - $145,000 USD
