Office Cleaner

Salary: $8.50-$9/hr (per qualification, experience, reliability, etc.)

Basic Function: Manage cleanliness of commercial accounts on a part time basis.

Summary: Many accounts available, each account is between 1-3 hours of work. Work 1 account or many! YOU DECIDE! Weekday Mid-day accounts: AVAILABLE! Weekday Evening accounts: AVAILABLE! Weekend Anytime accounts: AVAILABLE! Flexible hours, YOU CHOOSE YOUR SCHEDULE! New employees are given 1 account with minimal hours to start. Following positive probationary period, the employee may request additional accounts and hours.

No Full Time Positions Available Currently!

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in earning extra money. Adults who are retired or semi-retired are encouraged to apply. These positions require a reliable adult who is able to work independently and reliably with a good work ethic.

Requirements:

• No previous experience necessary. Individual will be trained to clean commercial account according to company standards.
• Must have reliable personal transportation
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must speak English
• Must pass background, drug & reference checks
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds and must be able to climb stairs
• Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised

Responsibilities:

• Wipe down surfaces
• Wash front windows & door
• Vacuum
• Remove trash & replace bags
• Mop floors
• Clean bathroom surfaces & toilets
