Compensation and Benefits :

Full-time, permanent hospital-employed position

Reasonable call schedule (1 : 4)

4.5-day workweek (Monday–Friday)

Privileging process takes approx. 2 months

Supportive practice with backup call and surgical assist available

CRNA-administered anesthesia available 24 / 7

Professional Details :

Average 273 patient visits / month (goal)

Average 22 deliveries / month

2 OBs currently on staff

Level II Nursery

High-risk pregnancies typically transferred at 30–32 weeks (based on pediatrician discretion)

EMR : Allscripts Professional

Call coverage : 1 : 4 (in-house; confirmation needed on specifics)

Strong hospital support with experienced CRNAs and dedicated support staff
