As a Security Professional Unarmed Commercial Patrols in Bothell, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic commercial real estate location. Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will contribute to a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle as well as on foot, responding promptly to incidents, and maintaining clear communication with team members. What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious behavior.Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and / or credentials as required by site-specific guidelines.Provide information and assistance to employees, tenants, and visitors as needed, maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.Collaborate with local law enforcement and / or emergency services as directed during incidents or emergencies.What We're Looking For :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
