What You'll Do* Manage calendars, meetings, and travel for senior leaders* Support daily operations across purchasing, shipping, and vendor coordination* Assist marketing and product teams with launches, sample requests, and reports* Maintain digital and physical files, invoices, and office supplies* Help prepare internal communications and team presentations* Ensure the office runs smoothly and stays organized
What We're Looking For* 2+ years of administrative or office coordination experience (preferably in eCommerce, retail, or consumer products)* Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail* Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or NetSuite a plus* Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills* Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment* Comfortable working onsite 100% in DTLA
