Quality Improvement Science Director

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Quality Improvement Science.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple complex projects as a Principal Investigator or team lead

Mentor and supervise staff members, including managers and project coordinators

Coordinate administrative activities such as hiring, onboarding, and project assignments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in quality improvement science or a related field

Demonstrated managerial and leadership experience

Formal training or certification in quality improvement science methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

12+ years of progressively responsible experience in project management or a related field preferred
