Service and mission oriented culture putting an emphasis on quality healthcare and customer service which leads to long tenured physicians Benefits : Family Medicine Physician Base salary $235k-$250k Bonus Potential up to $330k with RVU bonus Comprehensive benefits package - health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and more 401K Retirement Plan (3% after 90 days) STD / LTD / Life Insurance Employer Paid Over 5 weeks of time off per year $3,500 for CME $25,000 sign on bonus Relocation assistance Student loan forgiveness $25,000 per year for 3 years through Health Service Corp About this role : Family Medicine Physician Position is open due to a retiring physician 4 Day workweek 17-22 patients per day but can be more if desired Joining a team of 4 (1 NP, 1 FM, 1 Peds, and 1 Behavioral) Weekday call 1 : 12, weekend call once every 3 months call is very light on call days Providers desiring to do procedures are welcome Teaching opportunity if desired (extra income). Medical students, residents, NP / PA academic options.
