Maintenance Technician

Currently hiring 2nd / 3rd shift Maintenance Technicians in the Northwest IN area paying up to $35 an hour . We have three openings : 1 on the 2nd shift from 1 : 00pm to 10 : 00pm, Monday to Friday, and 1 on the 3rd shift from 8 : 00pm to 6 : 00am, Monday to Friday, with possible overtime on Friday and Saturday.

Job Description

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs for mill equipment and industrial machinery.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and execute necessary repairs.
• Troubleshoot motors, fuses, relays, gear boxes, encoders, and PLCs.
• Handle troubleshooting and maintenance of hydraulic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical motors, air compressors, fans, and pumps.
• Fabricate, assemble, and test mechanical system parts.
• Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and order parts.
• Perform additional duties such as painting, plumbing, and general maintenance.

Work Environment

We have a team-oriented culture where each maintenance person collaborates with another technician. The dress code includes metatarsals, hard hats, glasses, long-sleeved shirts, and gloves.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $79040.00 / yr.
